After running a Full Diagnostics check, you may encounter a red 'X' for the Testing StartSapLogon Key entry, with a message 'Value does not exist'. This is usually due to an SAP GUI upgrade or patch level install.
To solve this problem you need to set the StartSapLogon registry key to 0. You can download the Qee Registry Patch file to do that. After you have applied the fix restart your computer.
