End of Support for DSP 6.x

As we communicated to our affected customers, the release of Stewardship Tier 8.0 on September 13, 2022 means that support will soon be discontinued for all 6.x versions (known as DSP). Our policy has always been to support the current major version as well as the prior major version, which is now 8.x and 7.x respectively (see Appendix B for detail).

• Effective September 13th, 2022 - Syniti is no longer providing new code changes or enhancements to any 6.x version. Customers who are eligible for maintenance after this date may continue to submit questions and report issues to Syniti Support.
• Effective September 13th, 2023 - Syniti will discontinue all support services for the 6.x versions, including any service packs and/or patches for these versions. Customers who are eligible for maintenance on this date may continue to submit questions and report issues to Syniti Support, until the end of their maintenance period.
