1. If TNPSING generates a "bad command or file name" error, then that means the Thin Client has been installed. We require the Administrator version of the Oracle Driver. Uninstall the Oracle Thin Client and install the Administrator version.
2. The WebApp server must be rebooted after the install of the Oracle Driver. To verify this, please do the following:
a) Open a Command Prompt as administrator
b) Enter the following: systeminfo
NOTE: If you want to save the results to a file, type:
systeminfo > c:\<chosen path>\syssteminfo.txt
c) Look at the System Boot Time and compare to the creation date on the Oracle folder to determine if the system has been rebooted since the Oracle folder creation date. If the server has not been rebooted since the Oracle folder was created, then a reboot is required.
