Issue
When using a remote Management Center to create replications, those replications won't start.
Resolution
Note: This issue is resolved in the 10.4
release of Replicate (DBM-3633).
Calculate the timezone difference between the Windows machine that is running the main Management Center and the Windows machine that is running the remote Management Center. Adjust the replication start time to be that number of hours earlier. For example, if the timezone difference is 6 hours, then you'll need to set the replication start time 6 hours earlier.
In an ideal scenario, both the main Windows machine and the remote Windows machine can be configured with the same timezone setting. This way, there is no need to adjust the replication start times on the remote Management Center.
Cause
This issue is caused by the timezone of the remote Management Center being pushed into the replication settings on the main Management Center.
