Note, while there are currently no plans to remove the downloads or documentation from our site, we would suggest keeping a copy and backups of the download and license key on your end as items will likely be removed as part of our further integration with CapGemini.
If you receive a license as part of the unsupported plan, then that license key can be used multiple times for DEV/QA/Prod/DR environments, they're multiple use and no need to contact us if moving or setting up a new environment.

Addressing Clients:
Note we will not be providing or notifying of updates past November 2026, you will need to work with loqate directly to retrieve updates, while their DLL's are integrated into our software, it is dependent on a 3rd party API, so if there are changes to the 3rd party DLL that cause the software to stop working we can't provide any updates, we would suggest working with loqate to take our integration out of the loop as part of your transition process or look at other ways of interacting with them to utilize it.
You would also grab the local API installer for the addressing datasets via the instructions here:
Note: our software checking this path in the registry, if you install the loqate data to a different directory you will need to update that registry entry accordingly.
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Loqate\Data
Common Support issues:
Support will no longer be provided after 2026, but many of our support issues are just common items like the service not being started or forgetting to apply the activation
you can see some common issues and suggestions here
The next most common issue is usually around switching SSIS versions, you'll get an error along the lines of the 'The contact information for this task is ""'
For info on upgrading packages to a newer version of SQL Server go to this article:
Upgrading an SSIS package to a newer version of SQL Server:
On fresh machines you'll also need to add data tools for 2019 or 2022 , and also ensure you have .net 3.5 framework on the machine before installing
*note we we not be producing new DLL's or installers for newer versions of SQL Server. While most clients have been able to switch to newer remote SQL instances without a problem, you'll need to keep the target version for any SSIS jobs at 2022. If you're using stored procedures, many clients were able to use newer SQL versions out of the box, you can see an article about moving from SSIS to Stored procs at the end of the SSIS Tutorial.
Note: We have dropped support for SQL 2005 in newer versions, and plan to drop support for SQL 2008 in the near future. For using SSIS with SQL Server 2019, you need mSQL 2.3.6 or newer. Please see Adding Data Tools/Integration Services to Visual Studio 2019.
Note: mSQL now has a new default install path. If upgrading from an older version, the old install path will be used. If you do a fresh install the new install path will be used. If you have existing mSQL installs we suggest changing the new install path to be consistent with your original path to ensure any packages transition to the new version.
