The HiT ODBC/DB2 and HiT ODBC Server/DB2 products use the DRDA protocol to communicate with IBM Db2 on z/OS, Linux, Unix and Windows servers. They can also communicate with i systems running Db2 (DRDA) servers. HiT ODBC/DB2 and HiT ODBC Server/DB2 work with the following IBM Db2 environments:
· IBM Db2 LUW
· IBM Db2 for z/OS (OS/390)
· IBM Db2 for i - supporting IBM OS/400 Operating Systems V4R2 or higher.
The HiT ODBC/400 and HiT ODBC Server/400 products utilize the ODBS protocol and require IBM i Operating System V3R1 or higher.
