[Integrate] Post of BOAFileCreation drops records

Issue:

While using BOAFileCreation in BDC Post Methods, the Batch Size setting should not be required, so it is left blank  However, when posting, the file (or files) stop generating before all the records in the tx*Int view have been included.

Resolution:

1. Navigate to the Common -> Configuration -> Modules -> Parameters -> Integrate page.
2. Click the {Posting Defaults} tab.
3. Update the [Batch Size] setting to something very large like 1000000000.

Alternatively, you could just update the [Batch Size] setting directly on the affected posting in Integrate.  But this will not prevent future cases of the issue.
