In order for developers and admins to respond to Workflow e-mails sent from DSP the mail server must be configured as follows.
dspCompose uses a POP3 connection to extract email from a mailbox you configure by navigating to:
dspCompose > Configuration -> External Data Email Accounts
Check with the internal email support administrators for your organization to find out the POP3 server Hostname and Port. (POP3 is usually port 110, but it is configurable.). You should have a dedicated mailbox account created for the purpose of receiving emails. The attachment folder path is just a local directory on the web server. Note that emails are deleted from the mailbox as part of the default POP3 process.
