    The SDR Support team can take care of your request if you go to support.hitsw.com and click the 'Submit a Request' button in the header (top-right corner).

    Hello all,

    We have a Syniti Stewardship Tier License for our on Prem software. We have a new license file, but we are not sure how to activate the product as we are no longer able to navigate in WEB ADM due to old license on the system. I tried to replace the old license files by new ones and restarted the Cransoft services, but it did not help. Is there please any documentation, orguide which describes it?

    Hi, close your browser completely and reopen to navigate to ADM. It should bring you to the license page where you can upload the new file. If ADM doesn't open at all, there is a different issue, the license expiration doesn't block that.

    Hi Alyssa,

    Thank you for your reply. I don't think the issue is in the browser, I even restarted the PC, not just the browser. The logon page tells me: License Expiration Date: [date in the past]. I'm able to log in, but the web says: License Expired and I'm not able to navigate in the menu as before. I still have the webpage as attached. Is there a way to change the activation file elsewhere, as via the web it seems it is no longer possible?

    Thanks Alyssa. I'm trying, but it says: 

    You must be eligible to submit a request.

    Despite I created my login few days ago, it shows me in the profile, that I'm a member since today. Do you know what could be the issue?
