SafeConduct 3.0 Release Notes 4/9/19

NOTE: SafeConduct will be deprecated in 2025, end of support dated to April 2025.

• Redesigned product to use Java's built-in Java Secure Socket Extension(JSSE) to secure connections
• Added support for newer, more secure TLS protocol versions
• Optimized installation and upgrade by using protocols  provided by the JDK
• Certificates are now stored in standard key stores
