When you reach out to Syniti with a request regarding the Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP), such as enabling SSO, you will typically be asked to identify your tenant. This is done through an ID number. The number ensures that our engineers are operating in the correct tenant, even if some happen to share the same name.
You can find the name and ID of your tenant by:
- Signing in
- Clicking your account abbreviation in the top-right corner
- and Looking near the top of the dropdown menu, just below your full account name
- You can copy your tenant ID by mousing over the name and clicking on it:
