Sometimes when changes are made to requests in Master Data Management (previously dspConduct), users must use a workaround so that review roles can view the changes made to the records.

Workarounds

Workaround 1

Try this workaround first:

1. Remove the table entry from the Audit Table Registration page.
2. Press F5 to refresh the page.
3. Observe that the tables have re-loaded.

Workaround 2

1. Request drop of audit table
2. Approve drop
3. Build the audit table
4. Snapshot data
5. Clear system cache
6. Purge aggregate table data
7. Load audit data
