Introduction 

Purpose

This document provides necessary information on post deployment steps required after Concento RDG is deployed to backend client systems. There are a few steps and tasks the project team should perform before using RDG for any project implementation. 

Scope

The post deployment steps mentioned are confined to MDG (Master Data Governance) and OData configurations in the SAP systems. 

Overview

Concento RDG is primarily developed on OData. All the deployed services must be activated in client systems to be able to implement features on RDG. MDG features like business rules, field properties and workflows are created using standard delivered BRF+ components that need to be generated.

Access to transactions like USMD_RULE, /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE, MDGIMG, SE38, SICF, SE24, SAPC_CROSS_ORIGIN is required.

Custom Package, Transport and Message class

A custom package, Workbench and Customizing transports and message class should be available in the system before proceeding.
