On the Admin > SKP Connectors page, you can click the 'Test connection' button to identify whether or not the Connector server is healthy. But what do you do when the test result says Failed?
A good starting point is to click on the timestamp of the LAST TEST RESULT. You should see the cursor change to a hand shape as you mouse over the timestamp. Once that is done, there is some error detail in your clipboard, which you can paste into any text field/document.
It will look something like this:
The syniti-agent-rest service (http://localhost:9100) on agent agt_ywt5SPuCU9Qosk3e9dC3hSdVNhS is not reachable (error: connection refused). Please verify the service is installed and running.
You can now include that when opening a Support request for your Connector.
