Issue
Immediately after completing an SKP Connector upgrade on the Linux server, you notice the 'Test connection' is failing on the Admin > SKP Connectors page.
Resolution
Execute these commands on the Linux server that is running the SKP Connector.
sudo systemctl daemon-reload
sudo systemctl stop syniti-agent-rest
sudo systemctl start syniti-agent-rest
sudo systemctl stop syniti-rdc
sudo systemctl start syniti-rdc
