Current version documentation is available on this site to any logged in user, but setup files, utilities and other software is only available by request. Please create a new ticket for this request, specifying exactly what product and version you need.
If you are a Syniti employee or direct customer you should be able to open a ticket using the Submit a Request link in the top right corner of your screen. If you do not see this, then either, you are an indirect Syniti customer (you purchased software through one of our partners) or you recently created your login and it has not yet been reviewed and approved.
