JFord: Yes. If you go to Assemble > Configuration > Delimiters, you can add delimiters for the file you are importing.

KVandergriend: Besides the Migration Developer Role, there is no out-of-the-box security role for this. You'd have to create one, then assign the WebApp Group 'Map > FieldMapper' to the Role.
