Thanks Ben for the info, this helps to confirm that we have to either change the way DB2 is storing data or Create Alias for each member and extract each Alias and combine it in Collect

UPDATE : we ended up with the team creating ALIAS for the Multi-member. each Alias for the Multi-member was extracted into DB. the same sdb was used as a source and a Manual Cranport was setup with...
