    Hi,

After several testings, this was due to a User Security Configuration :

Please find below the details that helped resolve the issue:

Thanks Linda for your support on this one :)

What is likely happening is that your user account is assigned to WebApp Group "Collect | User".
    1. Please navigate to Admin>Security>Security Definitions>Security Roles
    2. Once there, you will need to check which Security Roles record has the "Collect User" within the "Web App Group" section.
    3. Remove the user at issue by clicking the 'User' icon.

Hello Guillame - do you have access to raise a support ticket? This sounds like something best resolved through the support channel. I know Ben Bauer (lead of support desk) also monitors Data Insiders, so he'll likely see this in the next few hours (he's in the US).

    Hi Guillaume,

Your account's last associated customer is Somfy, who has purchased our product from SAP.  For this reason, you would need to open a support ticket through SAP launchpad.

Perhaps you can make use of the resources on this page to resolve any issue you’re having with the SAP launchpad: https://support.sap.com/en/offerings-programs/support-small-medium-enterprises/business-one/support-launchpad.html

I also drilled through their “contact us” link on that page and found the following resources that might help you resolve any issue you’re having with the SAP launchpad:

    ---

I have quickly checked the issue you reported here and it seems like maybe it could happen if the [Package Type] in Collect were set to "Excel Import".

    Hi Ben,

I moved to a new SAP ADM role, implementing a new Wave for a merger for another company, BoardRiders, which have been working with Syniti some times ago, but has no more contractual relationship.

    My package type is "CranPort".

Best regards, and thanks for your support.

    Hi Guillaume Brochet ,

Does the "Build" button become available if you click the "Reset" button first?

pressing reset doesn't allow for "build".

Even when built and downloaded, package cannot be only build (just added primary key info)

    Hi Guillaume,

We do have a record for "Na Pali SAS", an SAP customer with our ADM product, who has an alternate name of "BoardRiders".  As an SAP customer, they should be able to help you open a support ticket for our product in the SAP launchpad.  The SAP Component Code to use to identify our product in the SAP launchpad is "XX-PART-SYN-ADM".

I think an SAP support ticket is the best path forward for this product-specific issue since I see no quick answer for the case you're reporting here.

    Hi Ben,

Thanks for your feedback. Will have a ticket raised for that issue.

Also i might not be able to raise it directly, so it might take some time ... Anyway, it is not blocking as Build&Refresh button is still available.

    Hi Ben,

An incident has been opened, I have my new S-User, and will be able to monitor it from SAP LaunchPad.

    See you there :)
