Timeout in Information Steward Accelerator

Under DSP Solutions/Information Steward Accelerator/Configuration/Parameters. When i try to run the Process Rules they are often getting timeout. Can someone help in fixing this.

  Hi Ram,

  For a timeout issue, you can either increase the data source command timeouts or you can decrease the volume (and/or size) of failed data Excel reports being generated by the Information Steward Accelerator (ISA).

  Data source command timeouts can be increased from the Admin -> Data Sources -> {vertical} -> {Advanced Properties} tab.  There are 3 data sources used by the ISA that you'll want to increase the command timeout for:

  • dgRepository_IS
  • dspMonitor_AccPak
  • ISFailedData

  If you need assistance with these tasks, particularly the "volume" one, then I recommend you open a Support ticket.  It looks like your company has purchased our product from SAP, so you would need to open the ticket with SAP.

  thank you. extending the command timeout fixed the issue. Still checking with SAP on decrease the volume
