Within DSP Automate, I have several Interfaces that are not sending emails when using the Business Role / Business Notification Option or Development Role / Development Notification Option. I have setup the Configuration -> Logging -> Roles and assigned to the Interface multiple combinations of Business Role and Development Role with different combinations of Business Notification Option and Development Notification Option. Any ideas on why DSP Automate would not be sending emails of success or failure of the assigned task?

Here is the resolution that was posted to the Support ticket:
"I checked all of the Instance assignments and found the following.
The DSP environment that I am working in is identified as DEV.
Automate is identified as QA. Will this cause issues?
For the Automate Roles, I added all 3 users to all Instances to ensure that we are always notified."
FYI - As mentioned in the Help, the Instance must match between Automate parameters and the platform parameters.

Sorry Joseph, but I've got to ask some rudimentary questions first:
You have users assigned to the roles under Automate->Config and those users have valid email addresses on their user profile?
In Admin->Config->Param, the test email function works successfully and you receive it?
Do you see anything showing up in the Admin->Resources->Workflow log?
All interfaces have this issue or some work?

@..., yes I did contact the support team. Sorry for cross posting. I can delete this post if that is the best thing to do here.
Ben Bauer, thank you for the link! We are working with 7.0.3. For my reference, this is the link to 7.0.3.

Joseph Flesche no worries at all! It's absolutely useful to keep the post up so other users with the same question can reference. And special thanks to Ben Bauer for sharing the resolution, and Alyssa Sliney for her contribution as well! :-)
Kind regards,
