Webapp User Issue

Hello all,

So, I'm having another issue.  I've created roles for the webapp, by using the existing DSP roles as templates. The problem I have though is that when I add users to the webapp User role, they cannot see the webapp.  When I add them to the poweruser role, they can, but I don't really want them to have the additional permissions associated with that role.

Advice?  Suggestions?
