How do you extract data after its loaded into PRD S4H, scramble it for privacy reasons, and move/push to a pre-production environment?

I am working on a project in Europe and the client asked if BOA can possibly help extract data after we load into PRD S4H, scramble it for privacy reasons, and move and push to a pre-production environment. This would be a daily push. Do we have any tools that do this and can be used?
