I'm posing this question within the context of a data assessment. What is the implication of GL account not being extended to a company code (SKA1 not extended to SKB1)? Does this entail that the account cannot be transacted upon? Any information you could provide regarding the implications of this issue would be much appreciated.

  KDestacamento: GL account not extended to a company code cannot be used for posting a transaction. Transactional data are posted at the company code level, which is why GL accounts should be extended to SKB1 in order to be usable.
