How can you configure a column where Dynamic Link = Dynamic Page so the linked page opens in the same window?

I created a page is DSP where I have a column that uses the Dynamic Link Type of Dynamic Page. Everything for this page displays how I desire; the only issue I am having is when I select the link to the page, the page opens in a different window and I do not want this. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

  VGazquez: Hi Jason, in the advance properties, click Link to Method and select Overwrite Layout Pages. This option is not available for all Controls; you can find Image, for example. As far as I remember, it does not work when you have Header Detail page. Regards

  I change the column control from Text Box to Button and selected Overwrite Layout Pages for Link to Method under the advanced tab of the dynamic page link on the column property and this worked.
