Has anyone updated a custom WebApp built for Outlook 2003 to be compatible with Outlook 2010?

I'm looking for a solution for a custom WebApp that is designed to send Outlook meeting invites and updates to a list of users. An older version of the WebApp used custom VB code to pull the required data from a view in SQL and generate the meeting invites or updates. This was running on Outlook 2003. The client recently upgraded to Office365 and the old service executable no longer works. We have the source code for the executable and are looking for someone who would be able to update it to be compatible with Outlook 2010. We are open to a different solution if needed. Has anyone implemented a similar solution to this on a different project?

  CBermingham: With any luck, you won't have to do much more than updating the references in the VBA project. The application object that you'd declare and use to send email hasn't changed between those versions.
