We're looking for an effective way to track code promotion requests from DEV > QA > PROD. If Excel is the answer, does anyone have a useful template? Has anyone built a WebApp tracker?

We are using CTSx, but am looking for more of a documentation tracker. For example, request from client, objects to be moved, moved to QA when, tested, moved to PROD, etc. We can do it in Excel, but was hoping a WebApp may exist.

  Use two Excel templates:

  1. Defect and Design Change Log accessible to BOA and the client (Dropbox)
  2. Transport Log specific to our tool of choice, CTSx.

  These templates are currently meeting our needs.
