Hello Experts need help with Query below

How can we create a package between one Datasource to another DataSource how we had it in Assemble in ADM?

  You can manually create a Replication Package in the Management Center.    There are many, many options available in the Management Center that are not available (yet) in the Snapshot Management or Replicate Online web apps.

  Once you have created the Replication you can then register that against a Snapshot Table (assign a specific replication)  in Migrate, or add an ETL Task which will run the Replicate as a task in the ETL job.
