Syniti is aware of an issue involving the latest SAP security vulnerability patches when applied to both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

Following implementation of these patches, customers may experience connectivity issues affecting RFC-based application-level communication between Syniti Advanced Data Migration (ADM), including both on-premises and cloud editions, and the Syniti Stewardship Tier (SST) used by our direct sales customers.

Our engineering teams are actively collaborating with SAP to identify the root cause and determine what changes may be required on either the SAP or Syniti side to resolve the issue. This matter is being treated with the highest priority by both organizations.

We encourage affected customers to continue opening support incidents with both Syniti and SAP. Doing so helps us accurately assess the scope and impact of the issue and enables us to provide timely updates and guidance as additional information becomes available.

In parallel, Syniti is working to reproduce the issue within our internal environments so that we can validate future SAP patches and thoroughly test any software updates or configuration changes that may be required to address the problem.
