Details of QUADRATE and how does it interface with SAP ( i.e.loading data securely)

Is Quadrate a Syniti product ? If yes, what are the technical documentation on archirecture of Quadrate and how it does interface with SAP ? we know it loads excel files into SAP ERP but what is the method of integration ? what is the messaging interface and what are the support SOP ?

  Thank you for reaching out!

  Yes, Quadrate is a Syniti product, though it is now branded as Syniti Data Workbench (or SDW). You can find all the latest SDW product documentation online here: https://sdwhelp.syniti.com/102/UsersGuide/Roadmap.htm

  We currently accept support requests for SDW at support.quadrate.com, though that website will be officially merged into support.syniti.com sometime in the first half of 2022.

  Regarding the technical details of how SDW integrates with SAP ERP, I think it is laid out well in the product documentation. Of course, if there are specific details you can't find, you are welcome to open a support request to ask for those details.
