How to download the report registered in target Export in different file formats?

Hello Everyone,

I have registered one of our pre load report in Target Exports tab, however i am not finding option to download it into local machine if different file formats(like CSV, XLS etc which we get in Target reports).

Can anyone guide me how to achieve this?

Also can you brief the difference between target exports and target reports.

  Hi Ravi,

  I think the simplest way to download a Target Export is to register the view under Target Reports instead.  This is because the purpose of the Target Report is to generate data that can be published to (and downloaded by) users.  The purpose of the Target Export is to generate a file that can be used by a load program to post data to a target system.  In some cases, the Target Export does not generate a file but only acts as a record of a SQL Server view that will be used by the Integrate app to post data to a target system.  Does this make sense?
