On the evening of January 31st (8pm Eastern US time) , we will be bringing down the Syniti Software Support website at support.boaweb.com for about 30 minutes before bringing it back up again as support.syniti.com.
This move is strictly a website address change. All resources will be available under the new website address (tickets, articles, topics, etc). Nothing is being taken away. All user accounts will remain as they are. No need to reset passwords or anything like that. All open tickets will continue to be updated as normal, whether you reply through the website or by email.
Any links or bookmarks that remain pointed at the old address will bring you to a redirect page, where you can click through and continue to the desired resource at the new address. If possible, we do encourage you to update any support.boaweb.com references you might maintain to support.syniti.com. Please bear with us as we find and update all of our own references as well.
If you have any difficulties with the Syniti Software Support website after January 31st and are unable to open a ticket to report it, please email T1@syniti.com.
