Can I create a 3-level display for a DSP page?

I am working on trying to get a three-level display for a DSP page. I currently am trying to use a Header Detail page with another Header Detail page that displays in the child pane. Is this doable? I currently have it set up, but when I select the button from the parent pane that links to the child page, which is my second header detail in the design, DSP just sits with the processing symbol in the lower right of the button. I currently am not using a view for this header detail page. Would using one work? Has anyone else tried something like this?

  DanDowney: Jason, you can have one header detail open on the initial load. You can have a user click an image to open a NEW TAB with the second header detail. If they have 2 screens, they can see both result sets.
