Does anyone have experience setting up a new Conduct instance using CranSoft connection data?

I'm setting up a new Conduct instance using existing CranSoft connection data. The logins and data connections are identical to the existing CranSoft system, but on post, I am getting an error message that reads: "An Exception was thrown: The buffer could not be decrypted. Ensure that the master application key is correct."

Is this an SAP security thing, or is this additional configuration that needs to happen in Integrate?

  KVandergriend: By default, in Admin > DataSources > Encryption, the SAPPassword field in table ttDataSourceRegistryUserCredentials, Datasource DSPCommon is encrypted. Try to unencrypt the field, then check if the password was properly copied over.

  JBurvill: Or it could be the encryption key in C:\Program Files (x86)\BOA\DSP\Web\web.config needs to be updated to match the original system.
