Does anyone have experience of setting up a DSP connection to an http directory? For example, I have files in the following location:

http://pww.kit.bbl.ms.xxxxx.com:7080/adm/SAP-PIL/

I can navigate to the location without any credentials. I have set up the DSP Data Source (Remote File (http) as follows:

• Server Address: http://pww.kit.bbl.ms.xxxxx.com:7080/ 
• Path: adm/SAP-PIL/

It validates successfully and the test connection works. When the connection is used to build a package, I get an error: Source connection Test Failed. The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

The Target Test connection passed, so I believe the issue is with the format of the server name and/or the path. Does anyone know the correct entries for these field based upon the URL supplied? Thanks

  JGrippa: I tested it against my own WebDav server and it seems to work. Try removing the second backslash at the end of your Path Variable.

  Can the same settings be used for connecting to sharepoint links?

  Hello immanuel - it's not possible to connect to a SharePoint file directory using the Remote File (http) Data Source Type.
