What's the character string used to default a field to BLANK?

In dspMigrate > Design, when we need to define a basic rule for a particular field to default to BLANK, what's the character string to be used in Rule Properties > Field Value? We've tried blank, '', '''', '' '', and few others but they do not work properly.

  Believe it or not, it is as simple as typing a space without any quotes.  

  It does not work the same in Map as it does in Target Design > Basic Rule. It works in Map (AutoGen creates a rule with ´´), but if it is done in Design, a rule is created with the string ´' So, as I said, just typing a space without anything else, works :)

  Use "<BLANK>" without the double quotes.
