    Hi Ram,

    Apologies for the delay here.  The amount of time that a remote function call (RFC) to the SAP application server is allowed to run a program is generally determined by the SAP application's settings.  I'm not familiar with the settings, but you can reach out to your SAP application team to inquire further.

    With RFC package types in Collect, you can generally work around timeout settings by lowering the value in the [RFC Records Per Call] field.  This field is found on the vertical of the Table record in Collect, on the Advanced Settings tab.  However, I'm not sure if this field is considered by the "Data Services RFC" package type that you appear to be using.  Perhaps the source Datastore in Data Services has a timeout (or batch) setting you can configure?  You can use the Data Services Designer tool to explore the settings of the source Datastore as well as the ABAP dataflow.  Reach out to your Data Services team for assistance.
